Damaged and Return Policy:
Our goal is to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event, you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts or damaged, we will gladly send you the replacements free of charge. If, however, the part is damaged due to poor assembly, you will be responsible for the parts and the shipping cost. If a part is missing, you must provide us with photos in order for us to fulfill your replacement request. Replacement request generally leave the warehouse within two weeks of being ordered.
We encourage our customers to accept their order, despite the condition at delivery. When customers refuse a damaged shipment, it causes a delay for the replacements.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 14 days upon receiving the goods. We do not accept return items that has been used or assembled. All items must be in its original packaging and brand new. We do not replace items that was damaged due to poor assembly. Before assembling any items, you must inspect all pieces to make sure they are not damaged or has any defects. If there is a damage or defect, you must report it back to us within 72 hours.
To set up a return, please call our phone number provided on your order receipt. All of our products are offered with free shipping. Which means, the shipping cost has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse.
You will be refunded the purchase price less our outbound shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee when your return has been processed at our warehouse, after inspection. Return process will generally take 2-3 weeks.

PLEASE INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE BEFORE SIGNING ANY DELIVERY RECEIPT. If the delivery receipt was signed free and clear, which indicates there were no damages at the time the freight was tendered to the consignee (YOU). We will not be held responsible for any damages discovered after signing the delivery papers.

Cancellation Policy:
Generally, all of our products are in stock and ready to ship. You may cancel your order BEFORE your order ships out of our warehouse. Cancellation of the order when it is shipped out of our warehouse will be considered to be a return. Therefore, the return policy will be applied if any order is cancelled.

Shipping Details:
• Standard Ground Shipping: with a transit time of 1-5 business days.
• Standard Ground (e.g UPS, Fed Ex) Tracking information will be emailed once the item has been shipped.
• We normally ship 2-5 business day upon receiving the payment.
• We ship anywhere within the United States EXCEPT: Alaska and Hawaii. We DO NOT ship to Canada, international address, APO, FPO and PO Box. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• We use our the carrier of our choice. The transit time usually takes 3-10 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping point.

We work very hard to earn positive feedbacks from all of our customers. If there is a problem, please contact us before leaving us a negative feedback. Give us the opportunity to fix the problem first. We will gladly leave positive feedbacks for all buyers who have successfully completed their transaction with us.
